Mall of America® has four Guest Service Desks conveniently located at the East, West, North and South Entrances on Level one. The desks are open during Mall hours and are available to assist guests with questions and offer the following services:
Restrooms
Mall of America is well equipped with 24 conveniently located and handicap accessible restrooms throughout the Mall, at all entrances of Levels one through three, except for Level two, North and South. In addition, many stores maintain their own restrooms for customer use. Family restrooms are located near the main entrances of the Mall on Level one East, West, North and South.
Elevator & Escalator Locations
Mall of America operates a total of 40 escalators and 15 passenger elevators for its guests. Elevators are handicap accessible and are located on Mall of America Map & Directories available at Guest Service Desks located at all Level one Mall entrances. Elevators can be found at the East and South Entrances of Levels one through four, at the Best Buy® Rotunda on Levels one through four and near the North and West Entrances to Nickelodeon Universe® on Levels one through three.

Mall of America Map & Directories and Area Hotel Information Sheets are available at each Guest Service Desk free of charge.
Rentals
Strollers, electric carts, wheelchairs and shopping carts are available. The daily rates for single and double strollers are $6 and $8, respectively. Electric carts are $30 daily. Wheelchairs are $5. Shopping carts are available for rent at $6 per day. All equipment not returned or returned damaged will be assessed the full value on the guest's credit card.

Guest Service Desks accept cash and credit card - Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. A state-issued photo ID card is required with any credit card purchase. Personal checks or travelers checks are not accepted.
Lockers
Lockers are available to rent on Levels two through four at the East Entrance to Mall of America, Level one on the West side next to the Guest Service Desk, Level one on the West side near DSW Shoe Warehouse and in Nickelodeon Universe on Level two near the Ferris Wheel.

Lockers are cleared every night after the Mall closes and cannot be used for overnight storage.

WalkSport™ Mall Stars!
Mall of America opens its doors for (free) mall walking at 7 a.m. daily. One lap around the first level of Mall of America is 0.57 miles. Parking
All parking at Mall of America is free! The unique design of the Mall provides for a total of 12,550 on-site parking spaces. An overflow parking area is conveniently located across Lindau Lane for a total of more than 20,000 parking spaces. Motorcoach parking is also free and is located in the parking lot across Lindau Lane. "Stork Parking," special parking spaces for expectant mothers, is available in the surface lots located on the North and South sides of Mall of America and in all four anchor store (Bloomingdale's, Macy's, Nordstrom, Sears) surface lots. Handicap parking is available in the East and West Parking Ramps on Levels one and four, and in the North and South surface lots.
RV's/Motor Coaches
The Mall of America has parking available for RV's in the North overflow parking lot area (next to IKEA) across the street from the mall. Take 494 to Cedar Avenue (Hwy 77) south for approximately ½ mile. Exit on Lindau Lane.
Turn left at the second stop light, across from Sears, and park in the northern most area, farthest from the mall. Unfortunately, the City of Bloomington does not permit overnight parking on Mall of America premises.
There are some campground facilities near the mall with full hook-ups:

If arriving from the south:
Take Interstate 35 North from Iowa. It splits near Lakeville, MN so follow 35W north to 494. Go East for approximately 4 miles. Exit on Cedar Avenue (Hwy 77) heading south for ½ mile, then turn left onto Lindau Lane and follow directions at the top.
If arriving from the east:
Take Interstate 94 West from Wisconsin. Near Woodbury, MN exit on 494 South and follow it approximately 18 miles. As you near the airport, cross over the river and exit on 24th Avenue, south (left). Go two blocks, turning right on Lindau Lane and right again at the first light across from Sears.
If arriving from the west:
Take Interstate 94 East from North Dakota. Near Maple Grove, exit on 494 South and follow it a total of 23 miles. As you near the mall you will pass Interstate 35W, continue approximately 4 miles. Exit on Cedar Avenue (Hwy 77) heading south about ½ mile, turning left on Lindau Lane and follow directions at the top.
NOTE: The Minneapolis/St. Paul area is surrounded by a highway loop. On the north side it is 694. On the south side it is 494.
Taxi Service
Taxi service is available during Mall hours. Taxi stands are available at the North Entrance (between Sears and Nordstrom).
Bus Transportation
Metro Transit buses serving Minneapolis, Saint Paul and surrounding suburbs, pick up and drop off Mall of America passengers in the newly remodeled Transit Station on the East Side of Mall of America at 24th Avenue.
Light Rail Transit
The 11.6-mile Hiawatha Corridor Light Rail Transit links three of the region's most popular destinations: Downtown Minneapolis, Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport and Mall of America. Passengers arrive and depart at the newly remodeled Transit Station under the Mall at 24th Avenue.
Hotel Shuttle Bus Service
More than 35 hotels located within an eight-mile radius of Mall of America provide complimentary shuttle service to and from the Mall. The hotel shuttles are located outside the North Entrance (between Sears and Nordstrom). Hotels arrange their own shuttle pick-up and drop-off so it is important to check with individual hotels regarding shuttle schedules.
