Can I return my purchase directly to the store?
No. Please contact us at Shop@mallofamerica.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you with your return.
How do I check the status of my order?
Upon placing your order, you will receive a series of emails notifying you of your order’s status. Please contact us at Shop@mallofamerica.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you with any questions you may have about your order.
What are my options for local pickup, shipping, and delivery?
Flat rate shipping
Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours (Monday - Friday) using UPS or USPS.
A flat rate shipping fee of $10 applies to orders shipping to North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Wisconsin, Illinois and within Minnesota, outside of a 15-mile radius of Mall of America.
We do not currently ship internationally or to other states not listed, at this time. Mall of America reserves the right to modify or cancel shipments at any time due to size and weight considerations.
Transit times will vary based upon a few different conditions, including but not limited to:
- Total distance between us and you
- Whether your parcel is a domestic (USA) or international shipment
- What delivery method you select
Estimated travel times are as follows. Please note that this time frame is an estimate and not a guarantee.
Domestic
- First Class: 7-10 business days
- Priority Mail: 3-5 business days
- UPS Ground: 1-5 business days
- UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day
- UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days
- UPS 3 Day Select: 3 business days
UPS does not always include Saturday as a delivery day, so orders placed with expedited delivery options may not include Saturday/Sunday, but 2 or 3 business days, depending on which option is selected.
Local pickup
Orders cannot be picked up directly from store.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup. Orders can be picked up Monday - Sunday, during mall hours at Guest Services Level 1, North. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
After placing your order and selecting local pickup during checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up same day if purchased before 3pm Monday-Friday.
Orders received after 3pm Monday-Friday will be processed the next business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready for pickup. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
Local delivery
During checkout, enter your address and choose the delivery option. Local delivery is available for addresses within 15 miles of Mall of America. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Please do not return your product directly to the store.
We gladly accept returns up to 15 days after placing the order for items in unused condition, tags intact and in original packaging. Swimwear must have a sanitary panel in place.

One of our associates will contact you if one of the items in your order is unavailable and offer alternative products or a refund.
