Join the 2025 Minneapolis Polar Plunge at Lake Nokomis! This event supports Special Olympics Minnesota, providing year-round training and services to Athletes with intellectual disabilities.
Take advantage of our Minneapolis Plunge Shuttle Stop located near the North Entrance in the shuttle drop off and pick up location. Shuttles are FREE and run approximately every 15 minutes from the North Lot, east of IKEA, and north of Lindau Lane. We encourage guests to park in the North Lot. If the North Lot is full, please park in the East Ramp or West Ramp. Signage will be placed outside of the North Entrance to guide guests to the shuttle stop. Friday, February 28: 2 – 8 p.m. run approximately every 15 minutes.
Saturday, March 1: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. run approximately every 15 minutes.
Frozen 5K shuttles: There will be 1 shuttle departing the Mall of America at 7 AM on Saturday, March 1, for Frozen 5K participants.
