Wonders Ice Cream, known as the hibachi of ice cream, to open
at Mall of America®
BLOOMINGTON, MN— June 22, 2018
Wonders Ice Cream, Minnesota’s first rolled ice cream and dessert parlor, will open at Mall of America® later this fall.
Located on level 2, East, guests will be able to enjoy on-the-spot, handmade ice cream with all-natural ingredients and no added preservatives. With over 20 different options, there is a flavor for everyone to enjoy including Cookie Monster, Sour Tang, Nutella and Bananas, and Strawberry Cheesecake.
The process begins by mixing unique flavors with a “magic base.” After the base and flavor are put together, it’s poured onto an ice grill that chills the ice-cream at -20 degrees Fahrenheit. Finally, the creation is mixed together with more ingredients and spread into a thin layer, ready to roll - all in under two minutes.
“Wonders Ice Cream provides a new and innovative approach to a familiar dessert that so many people love,” said VP of Leasing Carrie Charleston. “This is a first of its kind store at Mall of America and we’re excited to share their delicious flavors with our over 40 million annual visitors.”
Wonders Ice Cream currently has locations in Saint Paul, Blaine, and Maple Grove with new locations opening in Burnsville and Minneapolis later this year.
