Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls to open at Mall of America

 

BLOOMINGTON, MN— May 27, 2021

Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls, a fast-casual food concept serving up traditional lobster rolls, will open at Mall of America later this summer.

Opening on level 3, north in the Mall, guests will be able to enjoy authentic New England lobster rolls, choosing from six delicious rolls, including the “Classic”, served chilled with mayo and lemon butter, the “Connecticut”, served warm and tossed in butter, and the famous lobster BLT roll. With their lobster brought in straight from the waters of Maine, each roll is prepared according to the simple, honest traditions of the people who live there.

Their menu also features a variety of entrees and sides such as lobster grilled cheese, lobster mac & cheese, homemade soups, and more.

Founder Dan Beck opened the first Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls in 2014. Working as a seafood buyer in the restaurant business, he paid regular visits to Maine, getting to know the lobstermen there. He was inspired by their centuries-old values and traditions and learned to respect the ways of Maine’s waters. He insists that the lobster rolls he serves be authentic in every aspect and serves them with only the basics: Lemon. Butter. Mayo. Maybe a little celery. Nothing extra to distract from the genuine flavors.
