
MALL OF AMERICA® LAUNCHES OMNI-CHANNEL SHOPPING EXPERIENCE IN PARTNERSHIP WITH ADEPTMIND
Shop MOA allows guests to shop inventory from multiple Mall of America retailers online with one point of purchase and one pick up location
BLOOMINGTON, MN— December 16, 2021
Mall of America, in partnership with Adeptmind, has launched its first omni-channel shopping experience. The innovative online shopping experience allows consumers the convenience of shopping inventory from more than 70 retailers found within the largest retail and entertainment center through an e-commerce site, adding their items to one online cart, purchasing with a streamlined single-cart checkout process, and picking up all their purchased items from one location within Mall of America.
Shop MOA is powered by Adeptmind, a leading technology company specializing in artificial intelligence and e-commerce. This latest innovation blends the physical and digital shopping experiences, giving customers more ways to experience Mall of America.

Mall of America partnered with Adeptmind in early August to begin piloting this cutting-edge technology to coincide with back-to-school shopping. Since then, more than 70 retailers within Mall of America have opted into the program. The goal will be to continue growing the platform by learning and modifying the experience to make it as seamless as possible for
