Mall of America® prepares to host a dynamic entrepreneurial workshop empowering small business owners for success

BLOOMINGTON, MN — July 21, 2025
Mall of America® is excited to present Build a Better Small Business Workshop, an engaging and actionable seminar designed for early-stage entrepreneurs and small business owners with 10 or fewer employees. The event will take place on Wednesday, September 17 at 10 a.m. (check-in begins at 9 a.m.) in the Parkview Meeting and Event Center located in Nickelodeon Universe®.
Led by serial entrepreneur and E-Leap Academy alum Kyle Mealy, this 60-minute workshop, followed by a 30-minute live Q&A, will provide attendees with proven tools, practical strategies, and a clear framework for building a stronger, more successful business. The content explores the eight critical mistakes new entrepreneurs should avoid, the eight must-do actions to establish a solid business foundation, the nine stages of business growth, along with how to navigate operating a small business with confidence. Entrepreneurial LEAP is developed by Gino Wickman, creator of the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS) and bestselling author of Traction.
Each attendee will receive a workshop workbook and a free copy of Entrepreneurial LEAP. One randomly selected participant will also win complimentary registration to the Entrepreneurial LEAP Academy, valued at $3,000. In addition, attendees will have the chance to meet with Mall of America Specialty Leasing Agents and explore unique opportunities to grow their brand within the nation’s largest retail and entertainment destination.
