Return policy
Please do not return your product directly to the store.
We gladly accept returns up to 15 days after placing the order for items in unused condition, tags intact and in original packaging. Swimwear must have a sanitary panel in place.
Please allow 5-7 business days from when the item is delivered for your returned order to be processed. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 5-7 business days).
We can only issue a refund to the original form of payment used at the point of purchase. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Please contact Shop@mallofamerica.com to start your return or request a return label if your item was shipped.
Non-returnable items
Personal and perishable Items: Intimate apparel, body jewelry, products containing food items, face masks, shoe insoles, hair accessories. Other non-returnable items: Clearance items, gift cards, personalized/customized items.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this point. Please refer to our return policy above and place a separate order for the item of choice.
Damaged or inaccurate product
We take great pride in being your personal shopper and have the highest quality standards. Please inspect your order thoroughly upon its arrival. If your order arrives damaged or is inaccurate in any way, please contact us as soon as possible at Shop@mallofamerica.com describing the issue with your item(s). Please include your order number and a photo of the item’s condition if applicable. We’ll do our absolute best to make it right.
Refund policy
Upon purchase return, your refund will be transferred back via the same payment method used for the initial purchase. Please remember it can take up to 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Price difference
We pledge to provide the most up-to-date and accurate pricing, however, discrepancies may occur. In the case the in-store price of your order is lower than the one presented online, our associates will refund the difference using the same payment method used for the initial purchase.
If the in-store price is higher than the one presented online, we guarantee that you will never be overcharged, this discrepancy will be covered by Mall of America®.
