The Mall of America Ambassador Program is an ongoing collaboration that brings together passionate advocates of MOA to authentically share their experiences across fashion, dining, entertainment and lifestyle. As an MOA Ambassador, you will gain insider access to exclusive events and be invited to showcase the excitement and energy of the Mall through your unique voice. This is an evolving curated initiative designed to grow with your engagement and creativity.
What MOA Ambassadors Do
- Create Content: Share photos, videos, and stories about your MOA experiences.
- Engage in the Community: Participate in MOA events and interact with visitors.
- Share: Promote events, activations, MOA Insiders, along with retailers, restaurants, and attractions.
- Refer Friends & Followers: Invite friends and family, along with bringing new guests to MOA. Receive promo codes for your audience.
- Focus Groups: Provide feedback about MOA activations, concepts, and experiences.

Who could be an MOA Ambassador?
Anyone can be an Ambassador! We’re looking for people local to the Twin Cities and excited to engage in the program at least 1 - 2 times per quarter. Our Ambassadors will have a unique voice in a variety of areas, such as:
