Join Santa's crew at MOA® for an interactive experience where kids of all ages get a behind-the-scenes trip to the North Pole’s research department, with a special visit with the big guy himself along the way.

Tickets to Candy Cane Institute include a 10–15 minute self-guided interactive tour with elf stops along the way and a visit with Santa.

Pre-purchased tickets are strongly recommended. Guests will reserve their time slot at the time of purchase. Tickets can be purchased online or at the North Guest Service desk. Walk-up tickets may be available at the attraction if timeslots have not been fully reserved. A ticket is required for each Candy Cane Institute visitor. Children two and under are free. Candy Cane Institute will close midday for 30 minutes so Santa can feed the reindeer.
