Pop Mart Grand Opening

EVENT GUIDELINES:

1. Guests must enter the Mall through the North Entrance only. The North doors will open at 7 a.m.
2. Guests who wish to line up prior to 7 a.m. may do so in the bike rack queue line outside the North entrance by the MOA® star.
3. Tents and heaters are not allowed outside.
4. Shortly after 6 a.m., Pop Mart team members will distribute numbered tickets in the queue line. Each guest must be present in person to receive a ticket. Tickets determine your order of entry once the doors open at 7 a.m.
5. At 7 a.m., guests will be guided inside to queue lines outside Pop Mart and on the North side of MOA.
6. When Pop Mart opens at 8 a.m., guests will be ushered into the store in numerical ticket order. After the first entry group, tickets will no longer be required for entry
7. To maintain store capacity and ensure guest safety, only a limited number of people will be allowed in the store at once. Guests waiting to enter should remain in the stanchion queue lines outside Pop Mart and on the North side of the Mall.
8. When you enter the queue line, please remain single file. You must stay in line to keep your place. You may leave to use the restroom or get food for a short period of time. One person in your party must stay in line at all times.
9. If you choose to leave for an extended period of time, you must go to the end of the line when you return.
10. No chairs are allowed in the queue line inside. All bags are subject to search.
