This December, WCCO-TV is bringing the warmth and spirit of its Home for the Holidays campaign to Mall of America®, turning the station’s beloved Community Tree tradition into a magical in-person experience for families and guests to enjoy!
Home for the Holidays is a heartwarming, community-driven campaign that supports the Minnesota Assistance Council for Veterans (MACV) and its mission to end veteran homelessness across our state.
You’ll find the WCCO Community Trees shining bright in the Atrium, beautifully decorated with ornaments from supporters all across Minnesota. Want to join in the fun? Minnesotans are invited to create and contribute ornaments by bringing them in person on December 5, 6, 12, 13, 19, or 20 between Noon - 4 p.m., or by mailing them directly to WCCO-TV, 90 S. 11th Street, Minneapolis, MN 55403.
The holiday magic begins with a Tree Lighting Ceremony on Tuesday, December 3 at 4 p.m., featuring WCCO-TV personalities, community partners, and special guests. Join us as we light up the season, celebrate community, and make a difference—together!
