Join the 2026 Minneapolis Polar Plunge at Lake Nokomis to support Special Olympics Minnesota and its year-round training and services for athletes with intellectual disabilities.
Free shuttles will run every 15 minutes from the North Lot near IKEA, with the shuttle stop located at the North Entrance; guests are encouraged to park in the North Lot or use the East or West ramps if it fills.
Shuttles operate Friday, March 6 from 12:30–8 p.m. and Saturday, March 7 from 9 a.m.–4 p.m., with one shuttle for Frozen 5K participants departing the Mall of America at 7 a.m. March 7.
