Baking Betty’s, owned by Minnesota native, to open at Mall of America

 

BLOOMINGTON, MN— January 28, 2019

Baking Betty’s, owned by Minnesota native Emily Osterberg, will open at Mall of America® later this year. Serving up delicious, gourmet cookies, Baking Betty’s will open their new space on level 3, West.

 

Baking Betty’s features a menu of daily fresh and unique cookies including Crème Brûlée, Circus Animal, Pug Chow and its signature S’more stuffed cookie. Other seasonal flavors include Gingersnap, Pumpkin Chocolate Chip and Caramel Apple. Guests will be also be able to enjoy ice cream sandwiches, cookie cakes and a variety of drinks such as cookie malts and craft soda floats.
