The Fair on 4 is NOW OPEN at Mall of America

Ax Throwing, Go Karting, Minnesota Fair-Inspired Foods, Pizza and More

BLOOMINGTON, MN— April 1, 2021

A new, exciting concept is now open to the public on the fourth floor of Mall of America. The Fair on 4 is a gathering spot for adults, families and people of all ages. This new 35,000 square foot hangout is centered around fair-inspired foods, pizzas, drinks and activities to engage any crowd.

“Drive like a pro on the quarter-mile go-kart track, learn to throw axes, enjoy delicious fair food like cheese curds, house-cut fries, hand-dipped corn dogs and our signature cocktail ice cream float for dessert!” offers Jeffry Brown, Managing Partner, The Fair on 4. “Laugh, compete and just let loose with our long list of shenanigans. This is an experience worth enjoying with friends and family.”

The Fair on 4 will feature a food hall concept perfect for any size group. Guests can order fast-casual, self-serve food from an extensive menu of fair-inspired favorites including pizza! Blue Horse Pizza is The Fair on 4’s made-from-scratch pizza kitchen. This Minnesota original is made with local ingredients like Neapolitan dough developed in collaboration with the Food Buildings Baker's Field Flour and artisan sausage from Red Table Meats. Guests can choose from 10-hand-made pizzas baked in a state-of-the-art pizza oven for authentic and delicious taste and flavor.
